After serving the interests of Texas school children for over three decades, I’ve accumulated a vast amount of experience and skills on the business of educating youth. 

From humble beginnings as a substitute teacher at David W. Carter High in the Dallas Independent School District to my current role as an education consultant, I’ve always focused on how to help young people excel. Throughout it all, I’ve enjoyed serving as Middle School Life Science Teacher, Middle School Volleyball Coach, Assistant Principal, Elementary, Middle, and High School Principal, Supervisor of Specialized Behavior Units, District Section 504 Coordinator, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Coordinator within the Department of Student Services, and Special Education Director.
